and I want to ask how we get wings?
is it automatically given to us when our cosmos is 40k++ and lvl 60?

No u get wings when ur cosmo is 40.000 but dont lvl to 60 before u get it

do we need to do quest(s) beside of 40k cosmos?
because I saw some1 lvl59 with 42k cosmos
and his wings didn't show up #,#

That's because you can hide them, don't worry XD
