Launcher Stops Working Win8 Empty Launcher Stops Working Win8

Hello, I'm currently having a trouble in windows 8 while I try to open SSO launcher.
It says Launcher stopped working, i've tried compatibility mode and run as administrator but still get same.

It worked before in windows 7, someone has any idea?

I think my patcher/patcher.exe is corrupted, can someone please upload it?
