Guys what i have to do to lvl up from lvl 19-20 i have exp worth 4 lvls but im still stuck on lvl19 ive taken quest from Pope (lvl20) but have no idea what to do with it or where to go :?

easy. You have to lvl up ur skills, it happens to everyone :P Press K and then lvl up as many skills as u can, they u will be fine to lvl up.
