Exclamation Whats happening here?

So everytime i try to play the game wont load or i get some pop up giving me a link, is it just more? My internet connection is fine but the game WONT load, and i install EVERY update!

my game loaded perfect but i have hear rumours about it have been players some have been banned for something but i don't know what it is :(
