okay so i understand the requirements for wings, i just have a question. im at lvl 65 , can i lvl up to 66 and still get wings later on? And please dont tell me to use the search option because i already did and found nothing on my question. THANKS!

you will not get the wings lvl 1 so next wings are level 2 and need 100.000 power max level 85 and doesnt matter if you havent wings lvl 1
