Not a bug, so it cannot be fixed. If you fail the kanji (chinese writtings) test that randomly appears (you need to find the two similar ones), you get banned 6mn. It disappears when you reach level 60.

I din't get the Kanji test tho.
i just downloaded it and patched it now i have the same error as Davidpa

If thats the case, then u just typed wrongly ur password, just try typing it again on several other ways, with or witouth Caps, the same with the login, if u dont even have a char, u dont have a reason to be banned.
