I can not change blue to violet equipment?
I tried 4 times with 10 blood each time and not change to violet my pants (799/1000)
how do I get?

None equipment "changes" from one color to another.... you need to get a better equipment Yellow (the best), Orange (2nd), Purple (3rd), Blue (4th), Green (5th) and White, you may get them in drop or buying in the Auction House.
