disconnecting

Hey everyone I am on the Thailand servers and got to level 41 but now having trouble leveling. Now it seems when I log on I can play for like 15-30 mins or so (some times 10 mins) it disconnects me and I can log back in for a good 10 mins or so. Does anyone know the answer to this?

I think its because you don't have full/completed account.

how do i know if i done full/completed account? I follow the steps here at the guides to make an account.

Idk i never do that in thailand, but my friend had same problem in china version, but i don't remember how i helped him out.
try ask maybe in the official game forum:http://bbs.njoy.in.th/forum.php?mod=forumdisplay&fid=70 you can login here with your game account
