Updated cosmo system "N"

Yaa finally they upgrade cosmo system, is alot better and faster because before i am getting bored with it.

how does it actually work? I see that it uses points, and then you get these books at the bottom that then add on the main grid, the orbs and such.....

Ok, like many things in this forum, it is a hit or miss....either you get someone to actually spend time answering, or nobody care :)

You need to collect items that looks like an orange pearl, right click and you get points in your cosmo window. when you go to the second screen (click the button on top right); you will go in teh section that looks like the one in the first post; click on the first button and you get a bunch of runes; hover and you see the stats that they give; the purple and orange are the best ones, but require more points to level up.

You need to level them up, like everything in this game after all :) to level them up you need to put other runes on top of the one that you want to keep; this will assign points on the rune, based on the rarity. For example, if you have a purple rune, another purple rune add 10 points to that rune, but a blue rune will add only 5 points; while a green add 1 point. The catch is that you can't use a higher rarity rune to increase one that is of a lower rarity level (no orange or purple over your blue rune).

You have 3 different types of rune: red ones that increase attack and element based attacks; yellow that increase dodge and agility stats, and the blue one that increase vitality and resistance against specific elemental attacks (or all of them). So you end up with different random rune, and it is up to you to choose what to keep. You can slot them only in their specific slot, so can't put all red or all blue or all yellow. The slots open up as you level up.

You can also unslot a rune, to increase its level, and then slot it again. You will do this often.

What is the point of this? 2 things: the first is that you increase your power level; and the second is that you get some nice stat boost, when the rune are of higher level; plus you get passive skills as you level the rune and unlock more slots. If you get a lot of the orange pearl items, this is probably the best way to increase your power level (there is no lottery; you get always a random type of rune spending the same amount of points, so you don't end up wasting items for no increase whatsoever, unless you use blood).
