In need of help with a quest

Hello all!
I'm stuck on a particular quest that has something to do with the Grande Coliseum. Miho sends me directly to the entrance of the coliseum but from there, I have no idea what to do. Isn't it the quest where you need to talk to an old guy who looks like a hobo?

Doesn't look like it, at least I don't think so. Maybe the quest is broken? The auto-follow just brings me right back to the coliseum's entrance, no npc to talk to or enemies to fight. :/
