How do you get Surplice/Specter cloths?

What is required to get one?

You need 50 millions npc money and 90 surplice frag , and bronze frag and silver frags.
Then you go see pandora and choose your surplice.
And for the surplice frag you got one in requiem dungeon or you can exchange gold frag for it , you have to go see pandora again for it .

I have the money, bronze and silver frags. I have gold frags but where do I exchange? Where is pandora?

pandora is easy to found in sanctuary ! You just have to look by yourself a little.

haven't found her still. i'm playing on thai version so i don't know if that matters.

I didn't play on thai version but if the game are the same pandora is near sorento the guy who sell scale cloth .Go in the area where there is a fountain in sanctuary. And pandora look like a woman npc with long hair and a long dress.

nope. not there. sadness.... but Sorento is there and only has the Siren Scales.

it's normal sorento only sells the siren scale.
Maybe you can't buy surplice in thai version because it's not available yet so just wait for an update.

And when the update is done exchange 10 gold frags for 10 sapuris frags because if you want 1 sapuris frag you need 2 gold frags and that is not good :a1131
