Need help with quest

I got two quests that I cannot understand and they don't have a auto track on them so I am very lost as to what I should be doing now. Here are the quests I am talking about:

If anyone could help me figure out what to do next that would be really great. I can still do the main quests and stuff but I want to at least know what these are before moving on. I just hit Level 40 if that helps at all and my Sea Dragon Scale Armour is at Level 7 I think. My Cosmo is about 8.1K I think as well. Hope I gave enough information.
