Old granny quest

Any idea what i need to do here ?

maybe if you get a certain amount of items (beans, eggs, etx) will open the other quests.... btw I don't do that quest it's really boring

Oh, i get it.
If i'm not wrong, those quests are part of the daily quest given by Kiki in Sanctuary. Speak to Kiki, TP to this town, talk to the old fart, respond to his questions, then you talk to this lady.
(But since you have the items given by those quests, you should know it already ^^ )
