That is not a reputation, it's the minimum power level required to buy the item.

What Orphea Said, you need your Combat Rating/Points/Cosmo... to raise up to 80k

No the Combat Rating is something which increases with your level, your skills level, your cloths level and many other minor things: like enchant, guardians, cloths and so on...

Thanks for the help guys, I finally bought it. Can you please help me with this other red requirement  for the sapuri fragment? Its really frustrating when they ask for things in red. Thank you
