Item for the belt Empty Item for the belt

hi! i just star playing this week and so far i'm loving it the game! also, a great thank you for the english patch ^^. But my question here is how do i farm or get the item for them belt? i know i need 30 scale look like things for the first one but i have no idea on how to find them :/

You just have to do daily quest and dungeons.
