not open the launcher, try opening it in various ways please upload the folder "[package \ script" to download

I think you have to redownload the game because it's not normal that you didn(t get this folder.

kekomont use the link that gave you to redownload it , some chances that it works this time. but if you use HTTP option might take all night but its better to wait night than force it quick
