Patch of different language

I wanted to patch fr my 0.1.20 but I already had patches of different languages ... Is there a problem because i see some text in English ?

There is one in French, but I can still hardly read it because majority of it is still in Chinese and I read French almost as well as English (I live in an English speaking country (America) so my French is slowly diminishing). The quests are completely in Chinese. I also don't like the controls/keybindings of the game there is no option to use a mouse button as auto-run like in World of Warcraft.
