Vip 2 (300-600) unlocks: Open the enchantment and the gold keeper. Each Monday at 6:00 AM reset time you can claim a vip box with some gifts.

Vip 3 (600-3000) unlocks: Open the mail and new tab on item mall to purchase items with green star coupon. Each Monday at 6:00 AM reset time you can claim a vip box with some gifts.

Yes. Monthly VIP. If you skip a month it resets to zero. You get extra green coupons from those boxes.

As explain p98s you can get green star and some usable items every month change and depends of perfect world team.

Also, being monthly VIP gives you access to potion NPC shop. It works just like VIP warehouse. But you lose that perk once you stop being monthly VIP.
