How to change gender and nick from my character?

Someone know how to change gender and nick from my character?? I was told to buy this potion with the green cash:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
It was supposed to help me to do that, but when i use it, it only leave me to change appearence, and i really want to change the gender :(
Btw, sorry for language errors, English is not my language.

You can't change gender or name only look.
