I solved. It was an item I bought from a player and he take back because he sold with the wrong price  Thank you and Athena

You were sold an item and the seller filed a complaint to reclaim the item you bought?
How did you resolve it? Most of us didn't sign up with real info. if it happened to us, we'd have trouble verifying the account if they ask for "passport" number or w/e that code Chinese citizens are allocated.

I spoke to the clerk, said I'm VIP and spent my actual data without an ID, then she unlocked my pass  

Dont worry about it. I have to explain that you had bought something as it is a steal item. The loser apply to official clerk to find it back..
Next time if it happens again, you can contact official clerk to return the steal item and they will return you what you spend.
