What do you mean by cashing up? Havent seen those items in the cash shop... I have some orange stars and wouldnt mind getting my hands on that medusa shield....

Some of them drop on abyss, like the rose for example. But like i heard and read, you need to cash those orbs to buy the medusa shield.

You might get them from lucky draw or dungeon drops or save money and buy it from other player.
