Problems en quest misions. HELP

I have trouble getting these missions, on both I get a message at the beginning and then just I can not do anything, try to talk to those around but nothing comes out, and I waited for the game update but still the same, not will be ....

usually I get a message like that, I get kicked back to log in screen.
