Patch updater (do it with one click)

Ok searching a way to semplify the patch system, i've found a simple program that let us to have SSO translated without upload every time a new patch. If anyone translate new parts just tell me and i'll update the package.

0) make a backup of your script.pck (package folder of your game)
1) copy script.pck inside the folder of the updater
2) run the updater (there are 2 updater for 32 and 64 bit system)
3) replace script.pck in your game folder

The fun part is that if SSO update you just have to follow this simple guide and you have your game back in english.

(Kiki questions changed. All question will be "Are you a Saint Seiya Fan?" and there will be 3 no and 1 yes so it's simple to answer XD)

I didn't create the program i've found it in an other forum, i've merged 2 translations of the game and creatad only the package.

(if i write in a bad english sorry and feel free to edit my mistake :P)

Humm ... To be honest, I think it's a great thing because of its idea but ... At some point it can be bad.

For example, if they add a class in one file, this file is already translated, but the line isn't added yet. Then you would patch the game and "overwrite" something, and so you won't be able to play a new class.
It can occurs for things like dungeons event (if you don't check it every week then you'll miss some Event Dungeons !)

In those days i thought about your considerations. I'll check in future when i'll understand something more about this game and how it works (and when there will be a patch with dungeon events). But IMHO for special event they create separate lua file that are integrated in script.pck and when they repatch to remove events they only recreate script.pck compileing it without event. If my thought are right there will be no problem to use this tool.

For example this week there is Dead Mask event I patched with this updater and I didn't miss it.

Thanks a lot Deadtift ! I tried this and again with the new update, it works and it's much more efficient this way !
Let us know if/when you improve the translation. For the moment, it seems a vast majority on this website don't know about your solution. It's a shame... With all the guys that help with the translation, it could become more complete ! Hope you guys can manage some sort of "alliance".

Whith all this patches and new contents don't use this tool you'll get empty items/spell tooltips. I'll try to work on it very soon. Stay tuned.

yep Deadtift is right ,i might take time but it does work..

but don't get excited cuz have to save your ID number later to enter the game
if u didn't u can't acces to the game..
